Each registrant will need to create a profile when registering for the event. All participants will be assigned a user account and password within the registration system whenever they are signed up for an event.
 
This allows participants to log in and view or update existing registrations, as well as update their profile and easily register for more events.

Once participants create an account, they will have the option to register themselves, multiple individuals or teams for one or more sessions.

ClearThunder simplifies team registration by allowing participants to create and manage their own teams.
 
Team captains can easily register the same team for multiple events. This feature is great for sporting events and competitions.

No more guessing how many steps it will take to reach the shopping cart or payment screen. Registrants can easily return to any step in the registration process and information will not be deleted during the process.

Easy-to-Use Shopping Cart

Once all information is entered, registrants will reach the shopping cart. The easy-to-use shopping cart will provide a summary of the events and prices in the current transaction.
 
The registrant can view, update or delete any event in the cart, as well as add donations and apply coupons, discount codes, and gift cards. The total price will automatically be calculated on the screen.

Secure Payment Processing

Your event registrants will feel comfortable using ClearThunder’s convenient and secure credit card processing in real-time.
 
This feature is similar to payments used for online shopping websites and will obtain all the necessary information for a timely and accurate payment. If your event does not require a payment, you may indicate this when creating the event on ClearThunder.
 




ClearThunder includes an optional feature that requires participants to accept an online waiver agreement.Confirmation Emails

Once registration and payment is complete, your registrant will receive a confirmation email. Confirmation emails are a great way to inform your registrant of event details. ClearThunder will automatically send confirmation emails to all participants registered within each transaction.
 
An additional email containing invoice information will be sent to the individual who completed the transaction. Event administrators can customize the content in both confirmation emails.
 





Event participants can view or update existing registrations.

If there are any errors or changes to be made after registration, the registrant can easily make changes online. Event participants can log in to our system to view or update existing registrations.
 
This feature helps avoid inaccuracy and keeps information organized even if a change needs to be made.
